1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

ZAIR STUDIO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Availability

We strive to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

ZAIR STUDIO reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

  • Request additional information to verify an order before dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with a total value of PKR 20,000 or above, a 20% advance payment is required before the order is processed. Our team will contact you with the payment instructions after the order is placed.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders are processed only after payment requirements have been fulfilled. For COD orders requiring an advance payment, processing begins once the advance has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ZAIR STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

ZAIR STUDIO does not provide a pickup service. Customers are responsible for returning items to our warehouse using a courier service.

Exchange requests are processed within 4–5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has passed inspection.

Customers must email their courier receipt or tracking information after shipping the return.

All return, exchange, and refund requests must be made via thezairstudio@gmail.com. Requests made through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms will not be processed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos, and other materials, is the property of ZAIR STUDIO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from ZAIR STUDIO.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious code.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZAIR STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
